The Outfits Of The Stars At The Bridgerton Season 3 Premiere In New York

The moment we have all been waiting for - it is time once again to return to the world of Regency London, as Bridgherton is back for a much-anticipated return. The third season premiere took place in New York City on Monday, ahead of the release of the series on Thursday - 16th of May, and many of our favourite faces were in attendance.

This season focuses on Penelope Featherington, and her romance with Colin Bridgherton, played by Luke Newton. The two leads were definitely our favourites when it comes to best dressed at the premiere, with Nicola Coughlan wearing an off-the-shoulder white gown with a bold peplum and long, opera-length white gloves plus a bright red lip. Luke Newton was in a red and black patterned tweed jacket paired with black trousers.

Coughlan and Newton were not the only ones that were dressed to impress at the premiere, we see Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey posing together. Ashley wore a shimmering strapless silver gown, while Bailey wore a white suit over a sheer white top.

Below you will see the looks from the cast and crew at the Bridgerton premiere in New York that we found most interesting.

Nicola Coughlan embodied her character and wore a stunning custom gown by Danielle Frankel, paired with opera gloves and emerald earrings that matched the rings she had on top of the gloves.

Luke Newton wore a full Versace look - parted ways with the traditional suit oftentimes worn at premieres, he opted in for a tweed black and red jacket with intricate buttons, and a lower cut revealing the white shirt underneath.

Simone Ashley was in a shimmery Prada floor-length gown.

Jonathan Bailey wore an all-white silky Brioni suit, with a white mesh top and burgundy leather shoes.

Shonda Rhimes - the executive producer of the Netflix series, wore a navy Oscar de la Renta gown with floral motifs.

Ruth Gemmell embraced the power shoulders in a lovely all black dress with feathery sleeves.

Adjoa Andoh wore a black and white sleeveless Safiyaa gown to the premiere.

Claudia Jessie appeared in a light blue striped Stella McCartney suit paired with contrasting velvet green platform shoes.

Tori Kelly wore a sculptural strapless gown, featuring layers of pleated fabric and a sultry thigh-high slit.

Lorraine Ashbourne and Andy Serkis. Lorraine looked stunning in a slim black and white dress, and Andy wore a traditional all-black suit.

Bessie Carter was in a sculptural all-black look, with the top of the dress being a bust sculpt and the bottom part extended out in a voluminous dress.

Hannah New wore an all-black velvet dress, with a sculpted bust and a low v-line.

Sam Phillips opted in for a more traditional look to the premiere, wearing a black suit.

Emma Naomi wore a pretty purple gown with organza cape that beautifully draped down her shoulders.

Harriet Cains was in a daring black paneled dress that played between revealing and hiding, with patches of see-through mesh.

Hannah Dodd wore a corset which revealed a bright blue silky gown underneath.

Jessica Madsen wore a black ShuShu/Tong gown to the premiere, with white ruffles revealing underneath, and a bow at the bust.
